Had the same thing the last 4 years. Went thru all the stuff before surgery just like you. Two ruptured discs and had my surgery last August 1. Walked out of the hospital the same day. First 5 days suck! I walked a lot that first week! That sped the healing time up. Day 7 my son and I went on a ram hunt and walked several miles. Almost a year later and I’m still 100% pain free. So mad I didn’t do it sooner. You’ll be glad you got it done!

If you don't mind me asking, who is going to do the surgery? Texas Brain and Spine in CS is who I am seeing. They seem like a great institution and have good reviews. It wont be long before I eventually have it.

Dr Boah is the neurosurgeon out of Denton Texas Back Institute. He did the same surgery on several of our firefighters with successful outcomes.
