    Depends how much you want to brace it, and what kind of sheet metal. I'd go 1 1/2" 14ga to have more room for insulation, include some X bracing, and use smooth aluminum skin.

      I would say to figure out how tall the front needs to be to be at the level of the bed and slope from there
      Or if you are pulling with suburban/expedition type just slope the very top 18-24"
