I told him the same thing, but he was almost 100% positive that he was 3 last year when he saw him and just figures he looks 3 due to his run down body condition. I suppose there is always the posibility that he is only 3 though.

"run down" can't change basic body structure. look how his neck hits his chest above the brisket and how narrow his chest is between the front legs. He just looks classic 3.5. This deer is clearly gonna be a genetic superstar.
