My new house is on a acer in haltom city... The back lot the landlord used a tractor on amd messed it all up its hell mowing and even walking in some parts whats a easy way with out large equipment to.smooth it back out?

Sand it is the best way I know of

Sandy loam and then topsoil in low spots
