How do I find out who is working out the differences between HR1 and the SB for the American Investment Recovery (AIR) Act?

I found the committee members from the house and the senate, but who is on the final makeup?

The health care provision has me scared to death. If implemented, if the governement says a medical procedure is not cost effective, your doctor cannot prescribe a medically necessary treatment.
