This is what you seek:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Its just under $70 on Amazon right now.
A lot of my family in WV cans all year round and the the Prestos are all they use...so that's what I bought and use and I love it. I know a couple of folks who have used the All American brand and hated them b/c they didn't like having to fiddle with turning all the knobs...they ended up buying a Presto

I have a 16 and 23 qt Presto that I have used for years, at least 20 years. The rubber seal will be fine if you take care of it, keep it oiled, and don't tear it up.
All American are great canners and will last many lifetimes if maintained. Just keep the bevel lubed (I use lard). The only thing I have ever seen go wrong is that the screw caps could break if dropped; but those are pretty easy to replace. They are heavy, but so is a loaded 23 qt Presto. The All American is a bit thicker material so it will take longer to get to processing temperature, but not by much.
I like having a small and a large canner, so I bought two Prestos for less than one All American; but if I had the money I would have bought two All Americans!

The Fagor Duo is stainless steel, it's a good cooker and canner; I've used the 8 quart model but I prefer the analog gauge and weight system over the spring weight of the Fagor Duo. Although, the people I know that have Duo love it.
The Mirro is about the same price point as the Presto and similarly built. Mine is the 16 quart so it doesn't have the gauge, but it has a handy three part weight system that is great for both cooking and canning. I cook in the Mirro exclusively and can small batches (like leftovers).
