                We tiled the whole down stairs, which is about 1,000 sq ft, the big shower, the upstairs bathroom, the upstairs shower, and the kitchen backsplash for about $2,500 (materials).

                    Yes, Doug. The building is 40x80, PLUS the porches ... so the overall footprint is 130x40.

                      Awesome job. I can relate to how much work this is. I’m working to finish my 40 x 80 shop. Can you share how long it took to complete? I no longer have a day job so I’m doing everything past the building shell myself,plumbing, electrical, hvac, framing, cabinets, trim, etc.
