I use him also,have been using him about 18 years now and am pleased with everything.Jalepeno cheese sausage is awesome as is the dried sausage and breakfast sausage

I have done business with the Griffith family for so long I can't remember how long it has been. I have lots of the jalapeno cheese and smoked link deer/pork sausage in my freezer, and just ate grilled tenderized backstrap and tenderloin I wrapped in bacon with jalapeno for dinner. Mr. Griffith will prepare portions vacuum sealed for two, if requested, and uses beef brisket fat to mix with deer hamburger. The steaks and backstrap are well trimmed and tenderized.

I've been well over a 100 times and I've never seen an animal lying. They go from truck to get weighed to cooler. Even when the line is 10 trucks deep. By no means am I saying it didnt happen just shocked you saw meat or animals. They take it from the scale to cooler every time I've been.

Klein’s and Hudson are same owners, I wouldn’t go back to them again!
When I was MLD III they were not open and then were very rude about pick ups after the general season

Lots of bad info in this thread. Hudson and Klein Smokehouse out of Boerne are the same company. Kleins in Pflugerville has zero association with Hidson and vis versa. Hunters creek's not only mixes meat he will openly give you someone else's. Would never go there again. Worst processing experience I've had. I believe if you take a certain amount weight wise to Hudson they will keep your WT separated. Hudson also does not mix exotics from what I know.
