I'm on KTC too, just over 2 years quit. I went through a hell of a time quitting, but no regrets now. I only crave once a month or so at this point. Why wait to see if your jaw will rot off or be a slave to it anymore? Make the decision and just quit. KTC moved to a new host...it's now at ktcforum.org . Sign up, post roll, and start quitting with people that will hold you accountable daily.

Thanks for all of the support guys. It has been over 2 months and not one time have I wanted any Copenhagen. I started with the 14 day 21mg nicotine patches and then transitioned down to the 14mg patches for 2 more weeks. I bought the 7mg patches but have not opened them in the month since I bought them. I simply have not felt the need or want for any nicotine.

I think this time I have won. I don't miss it at all and I don't even think about it and haven't thought about it in about 3 weeks until I noticed that there were a few new posts on this thread

You an do it. Just think of all the money u save on not buyin snuff and you can spend that on huntin and fishin gear. A can a day is 365 cans a year. Multiply that by what a can costs and it's alot of money. I quit cold turkey 26 years ago. Don't ever miss it. You got this. Praying for ya

Congratulations! You have to remember that you can never taste it again. Ask me how I know.
