Phone yes, laptop no. Irritating! Also, when I try to post, no Bueno. I have to quote someone to be able to post. I've talked to locals and they have had the same problem.

Hit the home button it should show you are logged in that’s what I have to do every time

Having the same issue but I just shut down my iPad and re-started. Clicked on the green screen and I was signed in--so go figure.
