Take $10k and go buy a well taken care of older JD or MF.
Exactly what I’m looking at right now.

We have a 2032 JD 4WD with the 300 CX loader. Its a fantastic tractor. We were joking about having two. We have lots of trees with only about 15 acres of open fields for mowing and planting. It does all we need it to do. Get yourself pallet forks. We use them the most of all.

            I have a 2007 model 4105 with a 300cx loader.

It does everything I need it to do, never gave me a second of trouble. But I only have about 130 hours on it.

I bought a used JD 4210 this year. Love the little tractor except for the plastic hood and the entire grill is all plastic. I need to build a better grille guard to keep the brush from destroying the plastic. Just bought all the fluids and filters, less the engine oil and it was north of $200 bucks. They are really proud of all their branded supplies. Bought some hardware on the www at better prices but it seems few people are willing to risk using Mobile or other less expensive fluids.
