I bought a Polaris Ranger in 2014...still have stock tires, but they are shot.

Where is the best place to get new UTV tires and have them installed? I called local tire shop and they said they don't do it. Called Polaris dealership and they wast $700 --- same as my truck LOL....has to be a better option.

Can I do it myself...if so do I need special tools?

I am up on Allen/McKinney area.
Discount tire. Find the tires you want online and they will price match.

Yup. Think they charge a dollar per inch of wheel on and off. 12" wheel costs $24 for example.

We use Discount Tire. We buy the tires from them and they mount for free and the price on the tires isn't much different from any other source.

Ordered some Kanati Mongrels (10 ply) from Rocky Mountain and had Discount Tire mount them. I think they charged less than $100 for mounting. And I'm VERY happy with the tires.

Used them twice and was great experience. Once they come go to a local mom and pop tires shop and I paid $5 ea to mount and dispose of old ones.

I paid about $30 for a tire at a local 'used tire' place a couple of years ago. They were not 'USED' other than being take-offs from someone who wanted to replace their brand new tires.

if your talking stock rims and tires. call around to local dealerships. So many people are putting aftermarkets on that i have bought whole sets or rims and tires for 1-$200 a set.
