I got my FMLA paperwork back to give to my HR dept for my upcoming shoulder surgery and the paperwork said I could return to full duty in 6 MONTHS! I too, kept waiting for the April Fools...

My neighbor sent me a trail cam pic from mid morning . Nice sized cougar walking in front of his camera here in Houston Co. Bright sunny pic. everything in the pic had a shadow except the cat.

I walked in the house and told my daughter I got her a pet bird and it was in my jacket. I'd open up my jacket a little and used a mouth turkey call to make "bird" noises.

She then poured water on the floor and told me one of the dogs peed there lol

I was with my buddies at Elite Compression in Zapata today & picked up lunch...we just started to eat when a text went off & I see one of my guys glance at his phone & stop chewing, put down the fork & just goes blank / unresponsive. The rest of us kinda just blow it off & keep yacking while he's silent pushing his food around. I knew something was up cuz he was jovial till that happened.

Anyway, I'm sure it was an eternity to him but then came in the April fools reply from his wife & his appetite returns...he hands me his phone & the text says:

I'M SO EXCITED!!

It was a pic of her holding a positive pregnancy test!!

My 14 year old daughter is already saying that we need to buy her a Jeep when she starts driving in a few years. We just started letting her drive a little on the driveway.
My wife and I went to my lease Monday to bring my camper home. We told my daughter we saw a Jeep at a dealership and I was going to take her back Saturday to look at it to see if she liked it. She was very excited and no telling how many of her friends she texted to tell them.
I let it go on for a few hours. Then I asked her what day it was.
She threatened to call CPS for mental abuse.
