We like the 50’s Prime Time Cafe at Hollywood Studios. Like mentioned above, the setting is like being in an American household in the 50s. The wait staff serves as the parent role and the patrons are the kids of the house. They also have great fried chicken and milkshakes! Also, don’t know if y’all really care or not, but one time my wife booked the earliest possible breakfast at one of the Magic Kingdom restaurants and they actually let the people with reservations in the park before the main gates opened. It was kind of weird to see Main Street without thousands of people crowding it. Some of our other favorite places while we were there was the luau breakfast at the Polynesian Resort, the Liberty Tree Tavern and Chip n Dale’s Garden Grill.

1) Tusker House Kids Character Breakfast -Animal Kingdom- We love this place and go each time we go to Disney. In all honesty, this is usually the only breakfast meal we pay for.
2) Boma - Animal Kingdom Lodge - its not in the park, you have to go to Animal Kingdom Lodge to get there. But its an excellent buffet.
6) Spice Road Table - Epcot - good food but can get crowded.
If you want to spend money: California Grill is good and if you time it right you can watch the fireworks from the top of the hotel. Ohana is a good character dinner at the Polynesian. Jiko, again at Animal Kingdom is good.
I will add 50's Prime Time at Hollywood Studios, we like it, great milkshakes and throw back old school drinks, they have a neat little bar area too.
We always eat at meal at California Grill, every one has been perfect and a super extensive wine list, probably the best in the Southeast US. They have some great food, pricey but excellent.
Someone mentioned Chinese/Japanese at Epcot, Tepan Edo is a Hibachi style place, cooking in front of you. 9 Dragons is a Chinese/Hunan style like egg rolls, pepper steak, sweet & sour pork/chicken/shrimp, both are great restaurants.
Tusker House, by far the best breakfast in all of Disney.
There is a lot of new stuff at Disney Springs, I would stay away from House of Blues, just not worth it.
One note, Liberty Tree Tavern, all they serve is Thanksgiving food, everyday, is the same. Just be advised, lol. We have been there a couple of times, it's decent but it's traditional Thanksgiving dinner.
Ohana at the Polynesian is fantastic too. It's all grilled meat, shrimp, beef, pork, some great wings and dumplings too. It's a must do for us but it fills up fast. Always look for cancellations. We have even showed up at the early sitting without a reservation with just us two and a child and been seated. Cool bar at the entrance you can hang out a people watch. Kid friendly too.
The Luau is cool but I like Ohana better.

These are ones that we have repeated eaten while there. Had 3 kids ages range 5 to 14.
All of these were very good and I would recommend them as well as go back again. I am sure there are more out there that we havent tried yet we had a big group and had to stick to general type food. I like to venture out to something I cannot normally get where I live.
