Affordable Sheds of Texas - new shed, how to finish?

First let me say that if anyone around Houston is looking for a new shed, give these people a call. One of our TBH brothers had one built and I went with his recommendation and could not be happier! I built the shed I had in mind on TuffShed's website and it spit out a ridiculous $13K price tag. These guys gave me the same shed for a little more than 1/3 the price.

Now, the fun part begins...how to finish it out. I have a 16'x24' space to fill. The entire left side will be floor to ceiling shelves to get my garage back in order. The middle section with the ramp will be a project area. I recently bought a non-working four wheeler that I'll strip down and rebuild. The far right will be man-caveish with recliner, sofa, TV, etc.

I originally thought I'd just sheetrock it in but now I'm thinking about how to finish it out a little nicer. My main concern is what flooring? It's just 3/4 treated plywood right now. This shed is elevated and not on a slab.

I'd appreciate some ideas that you've incorporated into yours.

I'll add more of the progress pics.

Great company! They did our 12 x 20 with a porch in a day too. I have no complaints!

I submitted plans originally for the barn style which is definitely taller but had the loft area. They shot that down. This is the revision that was approved.

I had the same size built with a roll up door on one end and a wall in the middle from the same guys. Three guys start to finish paint and all took them 7 hours. I put in a loft on one half. I just left the 3/4 plywood as the floor and haven’t had any problems

Shed is drywalled! Tape and float begins tonight and then paint.

Get you some of the Epoxy floor stuff that people put in garages. Should work just fine.

They did one for me east of madisonville like 4 years ago. Two guys came, no water, no lunch and no cell phone. They got there late and worked till after dark.

Been a good investment for me

One of the guys at our lease had them come build one at camp. Showed up mid morning with enough material for 2 buildings on a trailer with the tongue dragging the dirt. Knocked his building out and left mid afternoon to go build another. What really impressed me was on a 20X15 building the only scraps they had fit into 2 contractor bags, that's efficient!
