The picture you posted above is where I’m having some serious flare ups. Shortly followed by pain shooting down to my wrists. My arms and hands go numb all through out the day. I need to go get it checked out because it’s starting to get more frequent and is killing me while at work.

So that’s your nervous system telling you something isn’t right. I would find myself a good chiropractor to check that out if it were me. I go pretty regularly and from the work you do it could be a good idea for you also! Amazing how one little thing out of alignment can cause so many issues!

That sounds plausible to me. A good chiropractor can fix a lot of ailments.

It could be a number of different things and circulation/nerve problems can often manifest in the same way. I personally wouldn't go to a chiropractor before getting an accurate diagnosis from a specialist. Hope you get it sorted out!

I am a "crack addict" and watch Chiro Videos on YouTube while working. Since you are in Willis, TX, go to YouTube and look up Dr. Gregory Johnson from Advanced Chiropractic Relief in Houston. He will do you right and help you out a lot. And if you do see him and you let him record your session, let us know!

I can fully diagnose you. It's all directly related to your 9 5 performance. It's really that simple. 9 5 and no pain over 9 5 and your gona feel it. Muscles arteries etc it all comes from your LEADS. If you use the 10 point commentary it will help tremendous. Hope this helps. I fully understand your pain. For all the rest reading this post just ignore mine. Fred will understand. I speak his language.

Started in my left hand and pinky but slowly spread to half of my hand and radiating up into my arm/elbow. Complete numbness and tingling sensation as if I hit my funny bone really hard. It would flare up and subside but never go away completely. I couldn't pinpoint what activity was triggering the flare-ups. Like you, it would prevent me from sleeping.

After several weeks, I made a trip to the chiro. Turned out I have a compressed or "entrapped" nerve somewhere. Pretty common. From what I was told, the ulnar nerve is typically the culprit for hand tingling/numbness.

She asked if I sit at a desk for prolonged periods of time with my elbow rested on a hard surface. "yes. All day, every day. I use my right hand on my mouse so my left arm is usually resting on the desk." Also, I have a spot on my truck door that is worn from resting my elbow in the same spot all the time while driving.

Then asked if my chair was possibly too short for the desk, moving the pressure back a bit onto the fleshy, underside of the elbow rather than the point. "Yes. Just switched desk chairs a few weeks back for better back support and it's a bit shorter."

After a few weeks of stretching and being conscious of how I'm resting my arm, the sensation is all but gone. Sounds like what you're experiencing is a bit more severe but figured i'd share as I am currently dealing with this. Good luck finding a remedy, bud. Hope its something as simple as mine.

Cubital tunnel syndrome can cause an aching pain on the inside of your elbow. Most symptoms, however, occur in the hand. Numbness and tingling in the ring and little fingers are common symptoms of ulnar nerve entrapment. These symptoms may come and go.

Ulnar Nerve Entrapment at the Elbow (Cubital Tunnel Syndrome)

Had to have surgery to decompress ulnar nerve in the elbow and ,carpal tunnel surgery fixed the same problem your experiencing.

Actually two different nerves. The ulnar nerve would be Cubital tunnel syndrome and your median nerve more times and no will be involved w carpal tunnel. Typically, loss of feeling in the 4-5 fingers (confirmed with Tinel’s test) support a diagnosis of cubital tunnel syndrome.
