They can be a a problem. I have to constantly spray my pasture for them. I use remedy/reclaim for foliar and remedy diesel for stem but if you have only a few any woody plant spray should do.

Dang man I just ordered some, 10.00 a piece for a tiny stem with some roots. And have to wait a year or more before they produce fruit. If they survive.

Last time I dug one up, think I dug about 2 1/2 feet and never got all the root. Ain't digging no more up!!!
