I was reading through these to see if anyone said lake Limestone. I have a place up there and have never seen one but don't doubt they are there. My dogs like to swim so I have always kept an eye out.

The "Ag pond" at SFA had a little Toledo transplant many years ago.

I've fished all over Texas, and I was born in Louisiana.

Choke Canyon is the most gator infested lake I've ever fished.

Choke is no joke when it comes to gators.

Biggest I have personally seen is maybe 10-11’ but the Locals down there will talk about some absolute giants

In another lifetime when I fished tournaments with a club, we’d hear of fishermen coming back from Toledo Bend with a baby gator in their live well to show off or scare their kids with. Afterwards they’d let em go in Stillhouse. I imagine that’s how a lot of the gators got into Central and North Texas lakes.

I don’t know if you can fish Squaw Creek anymore, but there used to be a giant there.

Almost all bodies of water around Missouri city have a gator or two to in them.

Richland Chambers lake plus not uncommon for nearby stock ponds to attract gators as well. Last year, there was a news story about a DFW newscaster that was on his way back home and hit a huge gator that was walking across HWY 287.

Probably be easier to name the one's that don't.
Never seen one on Possom Kingdom,or Whitney though.Seen one in Lewisville, and Squaw Creek. Those are the 2 that surprised me.
