Anyone have an Ameristep Distorter blind?

I got one from Academy, and couldn't get it set up this past weekend. I have multiple popup blinds, and don't have issues setting them up, but this one is different, but the instructions are the same as regular popups. Is there are trick to this?

I have one that has to be unzipped to put up. Took me a half hour before I YouTubed it.
