Our house is nearing completion and looks great, but I have an issue with the slab. When they poured our slab, the mold boards didn't come all the way to the ground. So the concrete oozed out from under them and made this big ledge going all the way around the house. Some places stick out just a few inches, others stick out over a foot and a foot thick. It's ugly as heck. Is there a fix for this? I'm afraid if we sledgehammered it we might crack the actual side wall of the foundation.

The house is built on a sideways slope, so the slab goes from 2 feet to 6 feet high. They did send a guy out to spread plaster on it, and it looks pretty nice, down to about a foot off the ground, then those globs start. I'm waiting to see what he'll say about it, it's not acceptable the way it is. May take some pics tomorrow.
