I don't know if any of the ones off the new album will go to #1, but they were pretty ****ed good.

He does have the most number 1 hits.

He could also sing the phone book and it will probably go to number 1.

He's great without a doubt. I just don't think he's "by far the best ever."

Yes it was amazing! A lot of people left when he first walked off stage but then after a deafening standing ovation he went back on stage and played another what 4 songs? Best concert I have ever been to. But dang the dirty water drinks were $25 a pop. Can't get in too much trouble with those prices, can't afford to buy enough to get a buzz. Lol

Yeah there's no doubt he is the GOAT. Just the sheer number of number one songs, his song writing and his longevity. Factor in he never had the questionable lifestyle or behavior and you have someone you can admire.
Personally I hated some of his songs but I'm not a big cry in my beer over a woman song fan.

Funny thing is he never wrote any of his own songs until 2009 when him and his son Bubba started writing together. But he sure can sing the hell out of all of them!
