Headed out to check lines. Had a lot of good bait on last night. Hoping for a wallhanger.

So far on this run a 31 lb flathead, 20 lb flathead, 14 lb flathead and a 10 lb flathead. Plenty of blues as well. Pics later.

Man your freezer is going to be well stocked in no time if you keep this up.

Here is the 31lb flathead. A 14 inch blue was hooked on the line and the flathead came and ate the blue. LOL.

Y'all going to be out there Monday?
I might stop by, thinking of running the river.

Here is the Alligator gar we caught on one of the last few jugs we checked. Gave us the fight our our life getting him onboard.
He was right under 6ft long and and a 30 inch girth. Any guesses on weight? We didn't weigh him.

We will be here until Wednesday
We are just catch and release at this point. All flatheads went back except the first one we caught.
We need 10-20 goos or small carp. No telling what we'd land with big live baits
If you want fish let us know or get here early and run the lines with us and you can keep them

Sound good. Could use a few fish for the freezer, but moreso learn how to fish it.
About what time do you typically get started?
I'll be in a camo alumacraft waterfowler.
