    Fence builder around Canyon Lake

    We are closing on a house by Potters Creek on the north side around the end of April and needing a 6’ tall privacy fence built around the back yard. I was quoted what I believe was an extreme amount ~17k due to the potential of having to use a jackhammer on some of the holes. If rock is encountered it would have to be busted by hand as there would not be access for a tractor due to septic and trees along fence line. I don’t remember the length but it is three sides of the back half of a 1/4 ac lot.

    Any recommendations on a fence builder in that area would be appreciated, they did run into rock when digging the septic tank. Thanks

    Maybe something like this with pipe for the legs instead of 4X4’s.

      Oldest son and his wife live around canyon lake and is facing the same issue. They told me that they found a guy that will come in and punch the holes for you for a decent price. Let me know if you’d like his contact.

          Just an idea, I poured a concrete footer for my backyard fence and put anchor plates in where the posts would be and just welded the posts to the plates. Works perfect to keep the dogs from digging also.

            Give me a call. We run into this issue all the time and have the tools necessary for the rocks. Will even throw a TBH discount your way. We do a ton of work in that area and are familiar with the rock issue. 512-269-9008

                    Cody did a great job and had it knocked out in a couple of days if anyone is needing a fence built in the area.
