      Dipped a can plus from 15yo to 38yo. Quit cold turkey in 2000 when my dad died. Haven't missed it since. Took about a year.

                    I’ve been done since January 1st. I still have to battle some days but the battle has lessened as the time has gone by. Hang in there!!! You can do it.

                          Good luck!!! I quit in 2009 when the tax made it to expensive for my tight a__. I have saved a lot of money since then.

                                Yall can do it - the irritability is based on your body/mind changing. It is natural, and comes with the years.

                                Once your body adjusts, that disappears completely. It is a rough time, but is just a phase. You dont need it, you just think you do.

                                Make your decision and seriously, have somebody to reach out to. Talk to them about anything at all, train your mind, body will follow.
