Funny, I was going thru Luling today and tried Luling BBQ.
i wont make that mistake again, though I haven’t eaten at City in over a year.

Terrible.
That brisket in the picture has grill sear marks on it and no bark or smoke ring at all. LOL.

To be honest, that is not what the brisket i got looked like. The food was edible, but way too many better options in that neck of the woods.

Oh those delicious ribs.
Yes, when they cook enough to stay open all day some pieces can be ...less than their best.
You'll notice the places that are winning the rankings all run out by lunch. Heck, Snows is only open a few hours on Saturday. Lol.
