    I recently acquired a refurbished laptop that has Windows 10 Professional installed. I am receiving a message that says I need to Activate Windows. When I attempt to Activate, I receive an error message code, 0xC004C003.

    Can anyone assist on what I need to do here?? I am at a loss....

    contact Microsoft and tell them the error code and that its a refurbish. error is likely caused by a change in hardware.

      Did just that and looks like I will be receiving a replacement laptop
