That set trigger is sweet, too.
TxAg I still haven’t shot the one I bought from you. Bought an upper in the Grendel for a SBR last Christmas and haven’t shot it either, man I need to get with it.

I have the CZ 527 Varmint in 17 Remington and love it. I wish I would have discovered CZ 15 years ago.

I think you'll really like it. But you have some awesome rifles!

Biggest mistake I made in buying/trading guns was trading a CZ 527 American Varmint in 223. It was the sweetest heavy barrel rifle. I have sellers remorse every time I see one. I’ll break down and get one from gunbroker one day.

I want one of those, but preferably with a heavy barrel. I talked to the company that imports them and they said there are no plans for the mini action in 6.5 Grendel with a heavy barrel. Then three months later I found a add saying CZ was releasing just what I was looking for. I don't know if they are going to import them to the US though.

Beautiful gun, should be a fun gun to shoot. Would make a great first deer gun for a kid.

Very nice! Scope looks great on it too! I need to add a scope to my Cz 527 22 hornet and I may copy you. What rings did you use?

I called, I think CZ USA, if I remember correctly and asked if CZ made or had any plans to make that gun with a heavy barrel and they said, it's not going to happen, no chance of it. Then some how I found a add three months later where CZ showed pictures of the gun and all of the specs. I almost called CZ USA back, to ask what the deal was. Someone said, they were not going to import that rifle to the US. So I did no call CZ USA about it.

Thanks very much, I want one of those guns.

Curious why you went with the Grendel? Thinking of one in a AR platform is why I ask.

Please let us know how it shoots. I’ve been eyeing one of these for last couple months. I’ve looked at several times at a local shop, just can’t make up my mind the bolt gun or just get an upper.
