Tell him you want them to fly you for an hour free first. Then he will owe you *** per acre for his clients.

I think you are getting storied to. I can get a 44 from about 5 different places for $550 an hour plus mileage. They will all show up for that. If they can’t cover cost on that and make money they aren’t flying much.

Maybe so. They stay flying well over $500 though. I forgot what the cost was for me, but it was low $420-440ish. That’s not a whole lot less than $500. Straight cost no mileage.

Like others have said, it all depends on your goals with the property. We can't answer that question for you.

If it was my land, I'd consider letting them fly it if they flew me and a buddy for free.

With that reply i'd have him pay me by the hog too. But then again I may be the only person who enjoys having them to hunt.

While I certainly wouldn't want to be overrun, it is nice to have a small population around for sport and food.

I think my concern would be damage to fences when a big hog hits it at full speed.

I wouldn't let them fly over my place. Stay away. If I was interested they would pay for sure. You are making a killing and want me to get nothing. No way.

Ride a tractor for 10 hours in a field after the hogs have torn it up. Your price will come way down.

Good lord unless there is some life and death situation that requires me to climb in, I would never fly in a Robinson. No counter rotation being one reason, not to mention being piston driven.

This is how you tell someone that actually works their land

Get a few of your neighbors together and hire a pilot. It’s a lot of fun!!

That’s been one of my hangups in going with them haha I’ve got similar offers for a Bell, but it’s a bit more. It’s considerably nicer in every aspect.
