Chunk it all don’t take the risk I worked for a smokehouse when I was in high school and my boss was very clean I mean drop everything every three hours and wash the floor and walls and equipment. The third year I was there I saw three other smokehouses close because of customers receiving meat like yours. Sad deal waste an animal

That’s where my family and myself have always gone. I did have some jerky and sausage made at Greeks a couple of years ago and it was good.
