Having a problem with the firestick.

The sound loses sync with the picture after watching something for a while if you pause it the
sound catch's back up with a video.
We have another fire stick and it doesn't do it.
Anybody else having a problem or know how to fix it?

I have a firestick and haven't had this issue. I would contact Amazon support, they're pretty good to deal with, even through chat.

Mine does this every once in a while, I just stop the movie and start over it seems to solve the problem.

Does it all the time .
We pause it and it does ok for a little bit but starts doing it again.

Have you tried resetting it? I have had to unplug it and let fire stick reboot, has helped us.

You can reboot your firestick by holding down the play and select buttons for about five seconds. Much more convenient than having to get up and walk over to it.

I threw my firestick in the fire.

Fire stick has “cookies “ or “cashe” I can’t remember which one and it will get full causing it to run slow. Clear this and it will run/process faster.

My firestick keeps buffering all the time. Anyone knows how to solve this issue?
