Definitely local/regional. Not storm chasers lol. Have some new construction leads as well as property management company work. I dont file claims that dont need to be filed, nor do I argue with adjusters. The damage is there or its not. Pretty cut and dry. Folks dont like to think that there may be a few good roofing companies who have the customers best interest in mind. Pretty much our reason for stepping out. I can vouch for my actions, but I cant vouch for a companies actions that is not mine. Good cop bad cop, at the same department. Same thing except I'm tired of being lumped into the actions of other companies so it's time to instill my values throughout my soon to be company.

Please don't take my little joke as a personal attack on you, as it wasn't intended as such. Perhaps a smiley of some sort should have been added.

That said, I know a couple people who have recently started "roofing" companies solely for the purpose of manipulating the system. It's costing us all significant amounts of money.
