I have a Husqvarna that I purchased in Wharton from Yazoo Mike her on TBH. It has a Kawasaki engine and 46" deck. They had a free finance for 3 years. It is just about paid off and has been a great mower. I have no complaints about the mower or the service I got from Mike. I think I have the light commercial version, and I want to say it was under 3K.

        I have a Dixon, I think it’s a 2009 or so!
It’s been a great mower with a 19hp Kawasaki motor

thanks to you all. I'm not far from Wharton, Victoria. I have more faith in tbhr's reviews than those I find online...

Looked at most of the major brands. Decided on Gravely ZT HD60 and loving it so far. They all make good machines. I talked them down about 10% below sale price.

I would go with a Gravely in the size/engine configuration you so desire.

Yazoo Mike will take care of what you need. He is a good man and runs a great shop. Send him a PM and he can get you sorted out. I have one of the Yazoo's that he sold many moons ago and it is still running like a champ.

I will second this. I have the same mower, bought in 2015 and have zero issues or complaints. I think it was $2995 and I got the 36 month no interest deal. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one but don't see needing to. I mow about 2 acres.

I am extremely pleased with the quality of my Gravely. I looked at several brands including Scag and Bad Boy. In the end it came down to the Gravely or the Scag. I paid right at $5400 with 0% financing for 48 months. You may be able to downsize from the model that I bought and get under $5k. I''m not sure what your needs are as far as deck size, horse power, etc. I mow 2 acres with very hilly terrain on a regular basis.

Gravely’s high performance commercial lawn mowers, including commercial zero turn mower, walk behind, or stand on lawn mowers in addition to the Atlas JSV UTV.

I would go with what ever you can get serviced close to your home. If Gravely is one of those then get a gravely

                        This.

Great mower, just wish they made a 4 wheel drive model.

I don't know if it's been said here but get all the horsepower you can afford.

I’ve had a kubota 5yrs with zero issues.
Having said that...I have a buddy with a 4yr old Hustler he bought from Les Zeplin. One of the blade bearings came apart. He’s a shift worker so he asked me to pick up the parts for him at Zeplin’s.
I walked in with the old bearing...they asked name of owner...looked up the information on the mower and stated “ that’s all covered under 48 month warranty...and we’ll give him a replacement belt also...no charge” !
Considering I walked in with a blank check...having no thoughts it was still in warranty...I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with these folks.
