      Wow, that's cool. I've only seen one myself. It was road kill and too far gone to save the pelt.

              There used to be a family of them living in a small cattle pasture inside the city of Hillsboro when I lived there. I used to see them outside near the old barn. It was pretty cool to watch the kits play around while mamma was keeping a watchful eye out.

                      Why are there bazillions of grey foxes and so few reds? You'd think they'd have similar requirements.

                        I have only seen one and I was fortunate enough to take it. I have a full body mount that didn't turn out as well as I hoped but at least I have one.

                          I've seen three in my life. Once in a pasture beside the road in Bosque county. Once sitting in the ditch in Mills county. And the best one crossed in front of me in Tomball carrying a dead chicken. Very cool, thanks for sharing.
