    Need gun value help

Is there a good online site for gun values so that I don't have to go buy a book for a one time exercise? I have some shotguns and rifles that I need to try to get some kind of ballpark value for that belonged to my step dad who passed that I am looking to sell.

Post em here and describe overall condition. Maybe include a pic or 2 as well. There’s some folks around the fire that have enough experience to get you in the ballpark on value.

Blue Book Value of Guns" or go to auction sites like Gunbroker and check completed auctions.

gunbroker completed auctions that actually sold will give you a good estimate of market value.

I like to watch sales at gunbroker to get an idea of market value.

When I sell a vehicle, it starts with KBB and such. Then, I watch Autotrader and Texas Direct Auto to get a read on what the market is actually paying.

          Good Luck.

Tried a number of different sites and can't find anything on a Marlin Super Goose 10 gauge bolt action. Any help from the GS on this?

The gun just does not have any modern appeal and would not be considered a desirable collectors item, imo. I would think you would be lucky to get 250-300 for one in excellent condition. Average condition may fetch 100-200.

                  Russ

follow this auction and final selling price.
if yours is this clean , it could bring $500+
adjust your asking price based on your SG's condition

It's not even in the Shooter's Bible. If you have others I can look them up if they are in the book. Just send me a pm.

I paid 75 for one years ago. Pawn shop said no one wants bolt shotguns. I sold it for about the same but it was a 12 not a 10. Buddy has a 10 believe he paid about $100

All I know is they were bolts not sure if yours is a collector though. Hopefully so. I was just told bolt shotguns weren't worth much when I bought mine. Thought it was cool
