      Their TV ads are a big turn-off. Clay and his son come across as someone playing a cheesy car dealer in a Saturday Night Live skit.

        It seems only a dealership can have this type of service to the public & manage to stay in business. They never seem to close their doors even with all the negative experiences & publicity. Hope you get it straightened out soon or we may have to call in Burnadel

                  Got my $4K back. The finance manager asked 3 people, I asked the service manager and the salesman where the car was. Nobody knew. My assumption is they sold it to someone else while it was with the service department. Service manager wouldn’t tell me anything other than “ask the sales manager what happened”. He was not there, of course.
