My son is on the school bass team. I'm thinking of taking him on a learning trip and wanted some recommendations on a guide. It doesn't have to be Fork but I want him to have several opportunities to work with different baits and presentations.

I have a good buddy, David Ozio up there that does some trips with the kids. He rotates between several lakes up there and stays on them. He's a retired professional bowler and loves fishing, very intense and competitive. Very good teacher as well. Let him know Mike Bernard sent you over.
Look him up on Facebook, David Ozio Lake Fork Guide.Last edited by Mike; 02-10-2019, 11:23 AM.

I would hire Rocky (Richard McCarty) in an Ocasio-Cortez New York minute!!!
Secondly, I would hire Brooks Rogers from White Oak, USA.
Da man! https://tpwmagazine.com/archive/2005/feb/ed_1/
