If you're talking about farm and ranch fencing, recommend R&M fencing. Owned by Larry Riddle. I had about a quarter mile of high-tensile fence put in our old place near Evant, and he did a great job, and a better price than half a dozen other companies I checked. One thing I noticed is that a LOT of these fencing companies just hire cheap labor (no habla ingles, senor) somewhere to do their work, and rent their equipment, while the owner sits back and collects. Prices ranged from $2.75 to $6 a foot. And some would put posts too close together, just to sell more posts.
Larry has his own equipment (including a Cat D5 dozer), his own crews and his own welders. I know he's done jobs as far out as Fort Worth, so I'm sure Waco is in range.
