Hmmm, they just sold 92 of them last week. I know because my dad bought one... They are selling more?

    Think he paid $15K.

Bidding starts at $100 but when the day comes to close the auction it'll go up. When my dad bought one they did the auction 1/30, had to pay by 2/1 and haul the trailer off by 2/13.

It's all online bidding, and I believe you put in your bid for your ceiling. If that's $10K, and the trailer is at $3K it'll bid in increments automatically for you if someone else bids. Once it hits your ceiling price, it'll ask you if you want to increase it.

They were 2018 model clayton homes, some were 2BR and some were 3BR. Some sold for $30K, some sold for $7500. They were various sizes and all stored on a lot in hearne. You could go look at them, and they were in good shape (most of them).

Why aren't they being sent to Panama City?

Hope these are better constructed than the one I bought 6 or 7 years ago.

Was hoping there would have been travel trailers.

My FIL bought one last week. Pretty decent deal. I believe they have travel trailers going up for auction as well.

They have a bunch of travel trailers, just not online yet to my knowledge. If you drive out there you can see the travel trailers though. I am guessing that auction will take place sometime soon.

There are people still living in tents there.

The couple I’ve had experience with were both very good units
