Did you just finish watching Bird Box? LOL I would guess it would be the end of the humans fairly quickly. Most of the earths population would die of starvation, thirst and exposure fairly quickly and the few who were able to make it would not be able to procreate quickly enough to sustain the population.

I know some blind people are able to live long lives but they are eating food, living in houses, wearing clothes, drinking water, etc. produced by people who have sight.
