The frogs are LOUD tonight. Couldn't hear feeder go off over them.
June bugs are almost done swarming.
Night is still young.

I called it a night @ 945. Toes started to hurt.

I decided to check camera cards while I was there. Haven't checked them in 3 or so weeks. No pictures. Cameras are not cooperating.

I had the Wild Hog pro game call app playing Pig Momma on my phone speakers. Hoping I might call some in.

I scanned the pasture before getting to my second camera. I saw a set of eyes reflecting in my scope. Eyes topped by pointy ears. I knew it was one of three things. Coon, Coyote, or Bobcat.
I shot.
Thought I'd missed.
I didn't. It was a Raccoon.
I found him.
It was a 63 yd shot. He went about @ 1 yd.

N of hg in b d'arc bottoms. Stuck it out till 1230 and nothing doing. I don't see anything moving on a full moon. I have added corn before to pipe up to 3 hrs before a hunt and still have hogs come in that night as long as I wear gloves and rubber boots. Sure was quiet last night and super bright. Need to mow out feeders -vegetation getting tall and rank

Set up ground blind and now sitting here relaxing. Feeder goes off at 6pm. This boar is typically right on time.
