If you win the lottery anytime soon.....

You might be interested in this....

    Your welcome!

I actually think this is a heck of a price for what it is/has. Cant believe it wasn't snatched up quick.

No ground water is going to exclude a lot of modern (recreational) buyers right off the bat.

Folks that may still be interested will probably be interested at a figure much closer to $700 an acre than $1200.

It’s one thing to have to punch a well. It’s a whole other animal when there’s no water at all to be had under your property.

I didnt think about the water deal.

They had me at "140s-150's common, w 200" possible".

And yes, I like TREES too.

Depending on how large that lotto was I'm pretty sure that place would not make the cut for me.
Although it does have plenty of landing spots for supercub

Save your money, this place has lots of traffic and no resident deer herd.

Ya, if I hit the Lotto, I think there are way too many other options than this place. I don't think I could shoot 1000 yrd shots LOL

Always interesting when people are more excited about who the neighbors are to the property not what the property itself can produce.

I didnt see any pics of the 200" deer?

Because the wrong neighbors can ruin everything

Neighbors are a huge part of growing big deer, especially on a 600 acre place. I’m always interested in the neighbors of any property I look at. Having a 10K acre ranch next to you, or a 100 acre shoot em up place could make a world of difference when buying a property.

If that’s the case look at the neighbors of the other 3 sides of the OP place.

If I win the lotto the place I buy has to be over 3 sq/miles so I can practice my 6,200 yard shots

I wouldn't buy it either (I'd be buying in OK). But...... I just thought it was a neat place with great trophy potential.
