I have a site that I did with no experience through godaddy and word press but it's a fairly simple site. It took a bit to figure out but it's easy once I got the hang of it. Just throwing that avenue out there.

I had a good experience with the guys from the Inoxoft company. They did everything fast and at a reasonable price. I should say, I really liked their approach and how they work in general. Very professional and attentive. You can check inoxoft.com for more info if interested.
