I am considering moving my office to my home ( barn ) and trying to cut some cost. Is there a way to receive a fax via laptop ? trying not to have a phone line just for a fax machine. I know you can send a fax but unsure if I can receive one.

You can sign up for efax.com and get them in your email. Not sure how much it costs.

If you google Fax to Email there are a number of services that will offer that. Differant services have differant pricing plans. Only problem I have found with them is that if you already have an existing fax line they cannot port it for you (meaning you have to change fax numbers).

I'm going to make a clean break with using cell phone and new fax line so that would'nt be a problem. Was hoping someone was using a service that has had good luck with.
