Fish fry tonight at Chambers and then again next Sat for our Rotary club. Have to go to work today. Bummer! I shoulda been on Palestine this morning. By buddy was done at 8 this morning!

My long time friend Clay And I have been talking about fishing together For a long time. Clay lives by Palestine and knows the lake as well as anyone could. We put in around 7:30 this morning and were throwing fish back by noon as we had 50 on ice.
It was my first time to fish Palestine but it won’t be my last. Lots of fish and plenty of big fish.
Anyone wanting a mess of fish should give Clay A call.

Heck yeah buff. We caught a few on Rayburn today. My son is excited because his jigs he made work! Momma caught the 2 biggest ones of the day on his jigs. Beautiful Rayburn sunset this evening also.

It was a great day, Marty really put us on the fish! Dad put an absolute whoopin on me...he beat me bad on numbers but at least my fish were smaller than his LOL!

2019 Crappie thread!!

Well my relationship with Richland Chambers continues to suck!! Busted the Ethernet cable on the garmin this morning hooking it up so no graph. Thought clays HB would link to my 360 but that didn't work either! Fished submerged trees in 20mph winds with 2D sonar when we could find em! Clays wife brought us his cable at noon so we got back up and running but it was too late! Managed 4th place with a whopping 7.70. Chambers is terrible for size!! I don't think there was a 9 pound stringer weighed in on either side of the board. Oh well. Made it home in one piece. Caught some fish and had a good fish fry Friday night! On to the next one!

To top it off I'm standing in the weight in line and my **** Costas break in half and fall off my head!! Dang the luck!!
