Need Recommendation for Axis & Turkey Hunt

My brother and I want to take our sons (12 & 15) on a hunt around spring break. Looking for a place where his son can shoot an axis buck and my son can shoot a turkey. Any recommendations on a place that will be a good time, not break the bank, and be within 3 hours of Houston/DFW preferably as I am in Houston and he is in Dallas.

Not really anything within 4 hours, much less 3 from Houston. Baker 3 would be good, but it's a good 5 hours from Houston.

I've got both just north of Medina. Good numbers of turkey and axis. All my bucks are dropped right now, but would think that some might be grown out by then. Always lots of axis does here. All low fence, free range. I believe our turkey opens on March 16, but couldn't do the hunt until at least the 18th. Axis does are $300ea, turkey are $300ea. Axis bucks up to 30" are $1500 and over 30" are $2000
