For Christmas I told my wife I was upgrading her vehicle. I had found a couple online in the past month keeping an eye on them. We happened to be in Dallas yesterday and I took her to look at both. They were at 1 dealer so made for an easy comparison. I didn't put much thought into it beforehand but when we went to test drive you need proof of insurance and ID. I handed both over not realizing my insurance card had expired 20 days ago.
I remember getting the new ones in the mail and only putting them in my truck. Luckily "Chef" was plugged into my phone and I made a quick call. Not 5 minutes later he provided everything I needed to proceed. Top notch rates and even if it does cost a couple more bucks a month I would rather talk to someone I know personally than someone overseas I can't understand. I ended up bothering him again 3 hrs later after the deal was done again with quick results!
If y'all are in the market for insurance shoot Robert "Chef" a PM! Tx Farm Bureau has been great to us and they go out of there way to make sure you are taken care of!
Thanks again Robert. I know you look forward to the wknd especially late Fridays. Appreciate all the help!
Wife is still rockin a minivan.
