Looking to buy land in Grayson county...

I recently moved to DFW and have been researching and looking at land in Grayson county (small tracts) the last few weeks.

For the Grayson folks, which areas are best other than those near Hagerman? If any of you have something or know of something for sale I would love to hear about it! And I understand from reading other threads there are no deer in Grayson county

Good luck and be ready to break out the checkbook... chit in grayson isnt cheap, anywhere in grayson.. or even nearby for that fact..

I recently thought I found the perfect place but there was NO deer sign (tracks on creek bank, rubs, etc). Can’t pay a premium price if it doesn’t look like there are deer there.

All kinds of places in Grayson that "look" good.....but looks will be deceiving! Same rule applies like most anywhere, find acreage that has a drainage running through it......best if that drainage leads back to one of the lakes! Good luck and do a lot of foot traffic prior to purchase!
