    Releases

I've been doin alot of shootin the last coupla days gettin my bow just right & preppin fer the GRXH09. Went out Fri & tweaked the pins, but then on Sat they were off so I tweaked 'em again. Sun they were off yet a 3rd time! I know some of it may be me, but not consistently. I'm anchorin in the same place, releasin the same, etc. Only thing I can figure is my release ... n older model Scott with velcro. I wonder if its due to sliding a little further fwd, or not as much fwd from day to day; ie Its tighter one day, but the next, I didn't cinch it the same. I'm not off but an inch or so, but still ... I wanna be as accurate as possible.

Is a buckle better than velcro?

That can diffently cause you to be off alittle. Get one with the buckle and make sure you buckle it in the same hole every time. Scott is one of the best releases out there.

I have a Scott Silverhorn and it has the buckle strap. I use the same slot everytime I buckle it and have never noticed it feeling like it has in was in a different spot.

x2, plus it's quieter if you forget to put it on and remember after you get in the stand.
