Chest and biceps today. I was all over the place this morning. Pain in my right shoulder and left elbow had me doing different stuff this morning. Trying to get a workout in and avoid the pain is a PITA.

It was a good gym day thanks to some good sleep. I was all over the place again today. It started out to be a trash my shoulders day and it turned into a shoulders, back and chest day. Crazy how that works. I guess my body was saying I need to catch up with my workout and throw in the stuff I've been missing.
Tomorrow is going to be triceps and legs. Maybe. Depends.
I skipped yesterday to rest a little. Hit it again this morning, but had to refrain from any leg work due to my left quad acting up. Something about my hp surgery has my quad and hip flexors all jacked up. So, bi's and tri's day it was.

Headed to the range tomorrow to do a final sight in on my 6.5 Swede, 6.5 PRC and the fiance's 22-250. Gonna try and kill an axis or two on Monday and head to the lease next Friday. Something's gonna die. Have a great weekend!
