      Chest and biceps today. I was all over the place this morning. Pain in my right shoulder and left elbow had me doing different stuff this morning. Trying to get a workout in and avoid the pain is a PITA.

          Man I use way to much Front delts in my dang chest exercises...

          I’m going to have to make some changes to make sure I target things better

              Knocked it out this AM and currently on day 2 of icing my arm.... I miss Bi's on Friday...

              70 mins, 1001 cals, and 148 BPM

              Warm up: 1 mile in 7m32s

              Workout:
              Leg ext//Leg Curls//Calf Raises
              Dead Lifts
              BB Squats
              Leg Press
              Cable Pull throughs
              Leg ext//Leg curls

              Mixed in Core also with Russian twist, Toe touches, leg lifts, let downs, and mch obliques

                It was a good gym day thanks to some good sleep. I was all over the place again today. It started out to be a trash my shoulders day and it turned into a shoulders, back and chest day. Crazy how that works. I guess my body was saying I need to catch up with my workout and throw in the stuff I've been missing.

                Tomorrow is going to be triceps and legs. Maybe. Depends.

                  I skipped yesterday to rest a little. Hit it again this morning, but had to refrain from any leg work due to my left quad acting up. Something about my hp surgery has my quad and hip flexors all jacked up. So, bi's and tri's day it was.

                  3 different supersets at 5x10-12 or 15

                  Standing DB curls/Tricep rope pushdown
                  Preacher curl/weighted dips
                  Hammer curl/Seated overhead DB tricep extension
                  Incline situp/cable rotation

                  Headed to the range tomorrow to do a final sight in on my 6.5 Swede, 6.5 PRC and the fiance's 22-250. Gonna try and kill an axis or two on Monday and head to the lease next Friday. Something's gonna die. Have a great weekend!

                        Chilly brick this morning. 17 miles on the bike. 1.5 mile run. My running is getting much stronger. Started all this at 13 min/mile. Down to 9:40/mile

                                I missed yesterday to go hunting and it was just too cold and nasty to go this morning. Definitely hitting it tomorrow.
