Sorry Vap I should have worded that differently. I think they are really unique. Im a commercial predation trapper and kill 300+ coyotes a year and have never caught a black one.

Haha, No Texas heart shot here... Back of the head, I was stalking down an old road and came out on a high line. He was at the end facing away in the alert position. Never knew what happened.

Me and a buddy of mine went calling today. Should have had two. One ran right by my buddy. I called in another one on that same stand and it didn't run nowhere. Center punched him with the .223 shooting the Nosler E-Tip.

Caught a mature female last night. First time I was confident enough to use a loose drag and she made it about 50 yards before hanging in thick grass after hanging up a couple of times during the night and chewing the hell out of some brush.

Should have had another one a week or so ago. Hit it but it fell behind a berm and I guess I hit it in the guts because it wasn't there when I walked out there to get it.
